Years ago I searched and found a number of articles by Alger Pike when I was learning OS/2 device drivers. In the process, I had some of them posted on my site for reference. While moving everything to WordPress in 2015, I found that Martin Iturbide had gotten permission to reprint everything on the EDM/2 site. Because of this I have deleted my pages and provide links to the articles at EDM/2.
